Just a couple days after welcoming their baby boy, Simon Cowelland Lauren Silverman left the hospital in New York City on Sunday afternoon (February 16).

While the "American Idol" creator carefully carried little Eric in his car seat, Lauren followed close behind as they headed to their car.

Baby Eric was born on Valentine's Day, with his proud papa had to hurry to the States from abroad to make the birth.

Earlier on Sunday, Simon took to Twitter to share several photos of his new family.
