Gearing up for the big Grammy Awards weekend ahead, Lady Gaga showed up at Epix’s Evening with Arthur Fogel afterparty at Chateau Marmont on Thursday night (January 23).

The “Edge of Glory” singer toned down her wardrobe a bit for the occasion, sporting a one-shoulder cream colored dress with blinged-out earrings and gems affixed to her forehead as she mingled with fellow party-goers at the West Hollywood haunt.

And given her own experience with bullying, it’s no wonder Mother Monster was quick to defend Justin Bieber following his DUI/drag racing/resisting arrest drama earlier in the day.

She posted a message to her fans, stating, “Hey monsters. I know everyone today is taking about Justin‘s arrest and all sorts of words and judgments are happening on the Internet. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion, and to stand up for themselves, but I think we should be supportive of Beliebers.”

"They deserve, just like any other fan, to feel strong for each other and Justin so they can continue to share the bond they have through music. We may not understand everything celebrities do because there’s only so much we see, but Justin and Beliebers were ‘born this way’ too.”
