While he’s usually the wild party animal type in most of his films, Seth Rogen plays a family man in the forthcoming flick “Neighbors.”

Universal Pictures just released a new trailer for the much-anticipated movie, also starring Zac Efron, Rose Byrne, Jake Johnson and Dave Franco.

“Neighbors” is the story of a young family with a new baby who get terrorized when a fraternity buys the house next door.

Directed by Nick Stoller, the hard-partying project is slated to hit theaters on May 9th, 2014.
