In the NBC comedy pilot, she'll star alongside her real life mother, Susan Sarandon, to portray a fictional mother-daughter duo.

Portraying a type A personality named Ivy Davis, the 28-year-old actress's workaholic character will crave the stability she lacked in childhood.

Contrasting with her is her mother, Franckie, who moves in with her to impart her freewheeling, eccentric ways on her daughter.
