She’s no stranger to controversial moments and Miley Cyrus posed for yet another racy picture while out in Manhattan last night (October 23).

The “Party in the USA” songstress hit up the Beatrice Inn following the FGI Night of Stars gala where she definitely got her swerve on.

Miley posed for a photo sitting on the bar with her legs spread around her buddy Cheyne Thomas and her middle finger in the air.

Along with the shot, Cyrus included the caption, "So it's true. If you turn the lights off and look into a mirror and say #turndown4WHAT 3 times fast s--t gets TURNT."
