After roaming in obscurity for weeks, Lamar Odom surfaced to attend his court date in Los Angeles today (October 9).

The troubled NBA star pled ‘not guilty’ to charges of “driving under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs.”

On August 30th, Lamar was pulled over while driving in LA and he failed multiple field sobriety tests before refusing a blood test.

Odom will report to the court in November for a pretrial hearing, and hopefully between now and then he’ll straighten out his drug issues and patch things up with wife Khloe Kardashian.
