She’s always been a pro when it comes to building hype, and Lady Gaga is giving her fans a chance to hear her new album ARTPOP before it hits stores.

The “Edge of Glory” gal left the Ritz Carlton Hotel in Berlin, Germany today (October 24) sporting a strange ensemble that included a bizarre hat that covered her entire face.

From there, Gaga showed up at the Berghain Club with several new outfits, where she invited her fans to join her and listen to the entire new record.
