The three-time Sports Illustrated cover girl donned a full-length simple maroon dress with matching heels as she took time to pose for photographers before heading inside the Cipriani Wall Street held event.

Aside from Miss Upton, fellow A-lister Miley Cyrus was also on the list of attendees at this yea's swanky shindig as she made a stunning arrival in a Marc Jobs sparkling frock.

Fashion designing powerhouse Marc Jacobs also took home the Superstar Award while Alexander Wang nabbed the Fashion Star Award.
