Doing some pre-production work for her new project, Julianne Hough checked out some locations in Los Feliz, California on Wednesday afternoon (October 9).

The “Rock of Ages” star rehearsed a car breakdown scene at Griffith Park and took photos of the surroundings before hopping into her Mercedes G-Wagon and having a cigarette.

Meanwhile, it seems Julianne truly angered Mark Ballas with her critique of his foxtrot with Christina Milian during her guest judging gig on “Dancing With the Stars” this week.

Hough told Ballas, "There were moments where I felt like choreography-wise, I felt like it was two people dancing side-by-side rather than together. So I really want to see (Milian) shine. I've danced with Mark. You have to stand in front to make sure you're seen."

Mark later told press, "The one comment for me, that was a little funny, is that I make it all about me … all the critiques were at me, and not at (Milian). So I thought that was a little hypocritical comment.”

And an insider snitched, "The dancers were all talking about it. Mark was so pissed after his routine, he was in silence, just gritting his teeth for a long time. He was so angry. Julianne is like his little sister he grew up with and for her to make that dig at him … he felt like that was just so uncalled for."
