Practicing what she preaches, Jessica Alba picked up a healthy lunch in West Hollywood on Thursday (October 3).

The Honest Company founder snagged a couple of salads and some green juice in a black and white floral top, black jacket, and blue jeans as she checked out.

On Wednesday, the 32-year-old actress stopped by the "Ellen DeGeneres Show" where she talked about Halloween plans with her two daughters.

Though she plans to dress up her youngest one Haven like a hotdog, Jessica shared, "Honor wants to be a mermaid in a strapless dress, er no, or she'd like to be a princess and we can carry her."
