Pumped up to launch his world tour, Jay Z performed at the Manchester Phones 4U Arena in the UK on Thursday (October 3).

For the first night on his Holy Grail world tour, the proud papa of Blue Ivy dressed in all black with a couple of gold chains around his neck.

Though he's gained millions of fans over his long career in rap, the 43-year-old is most thrilled to entertain his baby girl.

In an interview with Vanity Fair, Jay shared that she loves the new record, saying, "But this album was new, so we played it. And she loves all the songs. She plays a song and she goes, 'More, Daddy, more ... Daddy song.' She's my biggest fan. If no one bought the 'Magna Carta' (album), the fact that she loves it so much, it gives me the greatest joy. She doesn't know it makes me happy. She just wants to hear it."
