Enjoying celebrating her baby girl's first fall season, Holly Madison took Rainbow to Mr. Bones Pumpkin Patch in West Hollywood on Friday (October 25).

The former "Girl Next Door" wore a black maxi dress and white cardigan as she held her daughter, who wore a sweet knitted pumpkin hat.

Though we've yet to see what the fun-loving former reality star will come up with this year, she recently reminded us of a memorable Halloween from the past.
