Chris Brown Pleads Not Guilty to Misdemeanor Assault; Faces Probation Violation Investigation

Though he originally faced a felony assault charge, Chris Brown instead plead not guilty to misdemeanor assault on Monday (October 28).

Early Sunday morning, the "Don't Judge Me" singer allegedly attacked a man outside the W Hotel in Washington D.C.

The purported victim suffered a fractured nasal bone, but there are conflicting stories as to what actually went down.

However, because Chris is on probation from the Rihanna incident, the arrest could mean even bigger trouble for him.

If probation officials determine that he committed a crime, he could have his probation revoked and face up to four years in prison for violating probation.
