She’s always on the go, and Cheryl Cole showed up at Heathrow International Airport in London, England to catch a flight to Germany this morning (October 4).

Joined by an airport assistant, the British songbird looked to be in great spirits, sporting red tinted aviator shades with a black sweater, black skirt, and black knee-high boots.

In her new interview with Cosmopolitan UK magazine, Cheryl notes that while she had a rough time a few years back, she’s found a place of peace.

Cole explains, "I had a bit of a turbulent twenties – I think it’s when you’re figuring out who you are, and doing your trial and error. But by the time you hit 30 you know, so you feel more comfortable in your own skin. I feel settled now."
