Looking gorgeous in the California sunshine, Sofia Vergara left the Pacific Design Center in West Hollywood on Friday (September 14).

The "Modern Family" star wore a blue T-shirt, cuffed jeans, and nude platform heels as she made her way back to her vehicle.

Earlier in the week, the 41-year-old actress was in NYC where she posted a photo proving that her good looks run in the family.

Sharing a photo of her similar-looking relative, Sofia tweeted, "My niece Claudia Daniella at her first ever fashion show in NYFW!! It had to be Vera Wang!"
