He’s made quite a name for himself as Tom Haverford on “Parks and Recreation,” and Aziz Ansari is taking his career to the next level with an all-new standup special.

The “I Love You Man” actor just dropped a teaser trailer for the straight-to-Netflix feature, and it features Seth Rogen in a brainstorming session over how to distribute the program.

After vetoing a deal with Bugles and Toaster Strudel, Aziz and Seth decide to release “Buried Alive” on Netflix beginning November 1st.

In related news, Ansari just signed a $3.5 million book with Penguin. Out next year, the book "will provide an investigation into what Ansari argues is an entirely new era for singles, in which the basic issues facing a single person -- whom we meet, how we meet them and what happens next -- have been radically altered by new technologies."
