Spending some together getting fit, Amy Adams and fiancée Darren Le Gallo hiked in the Hollywood Hills on Monday (September 16).

The "Man of Steel" star wore a white tank top, black tights and a visor as her man kept a protective arm around his bride-to-be.

Last week, the happy couple teamed up on parent duties to take care of their adorable 3-year-old daughter, Aviana.

Keeping an eye on her health, the two headed to the Medical Center in Sherman Oaks, California for a check-up.
