Taking a bit of time this morning (September 22) to brush up on his body building, Jake Gyllenhaal threw on his training duds and hit the gym for a workout.

The 32-year-old actor tried going incognito with running treads, black gym shirts, a navy sweatshirt, sunglasses, and a ballcap. He also sported a rather robust beard.

In related news, fans of the “Donny Darko” stud can look forward to three of his new movies, entitled “Nailed,” “Everest,” and “Nightcrawler,” all in pre-production and set for release throughout 2014 and 2015.
