They may be facing multiple federal fraud charges, but Teresa and Joe Giudice aren't letting it spoil their summer.

Enjoying a day at the beach with their girls, the "Real Housewives of New Jersey" star posted some photos of their leisurely afternoon, including one of herself and her husband in their bathing suits with the caption, "Me and my honey..."

Other pics showed their two girls enjoying the water, with Joe helping Milania on a surfboard and Teresa making dinner for the family.

Last week, the couple was charged with 39 counts of fraud and released on $500,000 bonds. Their next court date is August 14th.
