They were one of the most-loved boy bands of the late 1990s-early 2000s, so when ‘NSYNC got back together at the 2013 MTV Video Music Awards last night (August 25) the world rejoiced.

Justin Timberlake surprised fans by bringing JC Chasez, Lance Bass, Joey Fatone, and Chris Kirkpatrick on stage at the Barclays Center prior to accepting his 2013 Michael Jackson Video Vanguard Award, singing a medley that included “Girlfriend” and “Bye Bye Bye.”

Afterwards, Kelly Osbourne tweeted, "I’m jumping up and down in my bed room like I’m in Junior High again!"

Also a huge fan, Paramore frontwoman Hayley Williams proclaimed, “The only part that matters (at the VMAS and all of life) just happened. @NSYNC, come back anytime.”

Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi couldn’t contain herself, posting, "OMG DYING!! Now THAT'S A BOY BAND BITCHES!!! NSYNC,” while Jenni “JWoww” Farley added, "I literally just died seeing Nsync....I'm so happy I’m in tears."

And Jenna Dewan-Tatum was thrilled as well- "Oh that nsync reunion just made me so happy...and dear Lord Justin just killed that performance #dropthemike."
