Drumming up support for her new flick “Lovelace,” Sharon Stone headed over to the El Capitan Theater in Hollywood for an interview on “ Jimmy Kimmel Live” last night (August 5).

The “Basic Instinct” babe chatted about her summer in Italy and getting to meet the Queen of England before commenting on her ‘slapping scene’ in the film with Amanda Seyfried.

“It’s a scene that was written in the movie, so everyone was prepared that it is what it is. It’s pretty much like when Joe Pesci threw me down the stairs in ‘Casino.’ You just get at the top of the stairs and suck it up.”

Stone added with authority, “[I told her], ‘You’re just getting a little tap on the face, honey. Let’s go.’”
