There has been plenty of pre-release buzz surrounding “Palo Alto,” and James Franco just dropped a teaser trailer for the indie flick.

Directed by Gia Coppola, the film stars Franco along with Emma Roberts and Val Kilmer and is based on a collection of stories written by James himself.

Per the synopsis, “Franco plays a soccer coach that takes inappropriate interest in one of his teenage female players.”

“Palo Alto” is slated to premiere at the Telluride Film Festival this weekend, and a release date is expected shortly.
