The German supermodel shared a shot of herself and her Spice Girls gal pal sporting a special beauty cream just above their cheekbones.

Heidi captioned the photo, "Eye treatment! You won’t recognize us tomorrow night on AGT,” though her followers seemed convinced she didn’t need any help looking awesome.

Klum previously told press she doesn’t really do much for her beauty routine. "I don't like a lot of fuss. I look like I'm high maintenance, but if you look in my bathroom, I don't have 10,000 products."
