Doing their best to deal with the news in a tactful and heartwarming way, FOX posted a memorial video in honor of Cory Monteith.

In the 12-second tribute, clips of Finn Hudson's finest moments are featured, including a passionate kiss between the 31-year-old actor and real-life main squeeze, Lea Michele.

At the end, the words "Cory Monteith: Forever in our hearts" appear on screen. "Glee" returns for season 5 on September 26th.

With her work family helping her to heal, Lea tweeted last week, "First day of glee today..And at my first wardrobe fitting for Rachel Berry for Season Five! I've missed her so much." Check out the touching tribute below.
