Looking a bit weary after an early morning workout, Reese Witherspoon left the gym in Brentwood, California on Wednesday (July 31).

The "Legally Blonde" star wore a black hooded sweatshirt, black cropped workout tights, and sneakers as she carried her tote bag and a water bottle back outside.

Recently, the 37-year-old actress made a big career decision, exiting Management 360 amicably in search of new representation.

After a 19-year-relationship with Evelyn O'Neill, the two have called it quits with her former manager saying, "I am so proud of her career and everything we accomplished together."
