With their documentary "This Is Us" set to hit U.S. theaters on August 30th, the boys from One Direction fronted the September 2013 issue of Teen Vogue magazine.

During their interview with the mag, Harry Styles, Niall Horan, Zayn Malik, Louis Tomlinson and Liam Payne chatted about touring and girls.

On his life on the road:
"It could definitely be a lonely job. I wouldn't be able to do this if I were on my own."

Zayn
On the band's workout regime:
"We do a bit of boxing and mixed martial arts training. We have a guy on the road who's an expert. He's super cool."

Niall
On never having to dance on stage:
"Most of the reasons is that we can't. No one ever tried to make us."

Liam
On his type of girls:
"I like cute, quiet girls. My deal breaker is if they're a bit too in-your-face - then I just can't deal with that."
