After a string of questionable behavior lately, Justin Bieber caught a break when prosecutors declined to charge him for an alleged hit-and-run last month.

While the 19-year-old was leaving a nightclub in West Hollywood, photographers were busy snapping away when he reportedly pinned a paparazzo between his Ferrari and a parked car.

Seeing the "Beauty and a Beat" singer take off, the photographer filed a police report and it was subsequently sent to the District Attorney.

According to TMZ, there was "insufficient evidence to prove that Bieber knowingly left the scene of a collision in which someone was injured."
