Taking care of her to-do list, Elle Fanning stepped out in Studio City, California on Saturday afternoon (July 6).

Joined by her mother Heather Joy Arrington, the “Super 8” starlet donned a sheer summer dress overtop a turquoise green bikini with sunglasses as she made her rounds.

Elle’s recent project “Maleficent” won’t hit theaters until July 2nd, 2014, though she couldn’t stop gushing about working with Angelina Jolie in a previous interview.

Fanning declared, “Angelina Jolie, she's just incredible. Meeting her and getting to watch her, she just looks amazing. She has these cheekbones and these horns. It's really, really beautiful.”
