She’s been under doctor’s care in a 5150 psychiatric hold all week, and it sounds like Amanda Bynes will stay put for at least another two weeks.

According to a report, the “What I Like About You” actress is in such bad shape that her physicians petitioned a judge to order her to remain under a mental health hold long enough for them to figure out what’s going on.

The doctors involved feel that Ms. Bynes poses a danger to herself and others, though her attorney argued that she’s been in the hospital long enough.

Amanda was taken to the psychiatric treatment center and placed on a 72-hour hold on Monday (July 22) after setting a fire in a woman’s driveway in Thousand Oaks, California.
