The “House of Cards” hottie will accompany the “Breaking Bad” hunk and Bruce Rosenblum (CEO of Academy of Television Arts & Sciences) on July 18th at 5:40am to divulge this year’s hopefuls.

From there, television fans will have to wait patiently until the 65th Emmy festivities hit the CBS airwaves on September 22nd.

This time around, Neil Patrick Harris will both host and produce the shindig, along with executive producer Ken Ehrlich.
