Giving the ladies something to swoon over, Hunter Hayes made his way to the Bridgestone Arena in Nashville for the 2013 CMT Awards this evening (June 5).

The “I Want Crazy” stud was handsome in his red carpet garb as he took time to greet his fans before preparing to head in for the celebrity-laden show to come.

As the night unfolds, Dierks Bentley, Eric Church, Luke Bryan & Ryan Tedder, Miranda Lambert, Rascal Flatts & Journey, and Toby Keith will all battle it out for the Performance of the Year honors.

Meanwhile, the Group Video of the Year nominees include Lady Antebellum, Little Big Town, Pistol Annies, Rascal Flatts, The Band Perry, and Zac Brown Band.
