Gearing up for one of country music’s biggest nights of the year, Darius Rucker showed up at the 2013 CMT Awards in Nashville, Tennessee earlier this evening (June 5).

The “It Won't Be Like This For Long" singer got all gussied up and hit the red carpet outside the Bridgestone Arena to show off his posing prowess before heading inside.

And it’s going to be an eventful evening ahead as the biggest and brightest country stars compete for the coveted CMT trophies that are up for grabs.

Video of the Year nominees include Brad Paisley, Carrie Underwood, Eric Church, Florida Georgia Line, Hunter Hayes, Jason Aldean, Kenny Chesney, Little Big Town, Luke Bryan, Miranda Lambert, Taylor Swift, and Tim McGraw.
