There’s obviously a calculated risk that comes with working with Lindsay Lohan, and apparently the DNAM clothing company didn’t count the cost.

According to a report, the “Mean Girls” actress’ erratic behavior made it hard to promote and sell her 6126 leggings line, and now DNAM wants $5 million for their troubles.

The company’s lawsuit states that LiLo’s leggings suffered in sales “because [buyers] did not want to be associated with Lohan’s drug-addled image.”

However, Kristi Kaylor, Lohan’s 6126 business partner, maintains, "The DNAM countersuit against 6126 is frivolous and misrepresents the facts. DNAM knows that it is in breach of the 6126 licensee agreement, and this suit is clearly nothing more than a transparent defense maneuver. Lindsay and I worked for over three years to build the 6126 brand and ensure its success; DNAM is merely trying to get out of honoring its financial obligations."
