Sporting her baby bump in her best designer duds, Kim Kardashian stepped out to the 2013 Costume Institute Gala on Monday evening (May 5).

The "Keeping up with the Kardashians" beauty rocked a lovely Riccardo Tisci gown, which revealed a lot of leg, as she made her way down the star-studded red carpet with her main man, Kanye West, who rocked a finely-tailored suit sans tie.

Every year, the Costume Institute of The Metropolitan Museum of Art puts together a killer collection of amazing goodies complete with a star-studded party to kick things off.

And this time around the theme is “PUNK: Chaos to Couture,” an examination of punk’s impact on high fashion from the 1970s up to the collections found on today’s runways the world over.
