Sporting a unique piece herself, Karolina Kurkova attended the 2013 Costume Institute Gala for the "PUNK: Chaos to Couture" exhibition at the Metropolitan Museum of Art on Monday (May 6).

The former Victoria's Secret Angel wore a single-sleeve short dress with both floral patterns and black and white stripes as she struck some sultry poses on the red carpet.

Every year, the Costume Institute of The Metropolitan Museum of Art puts together a killer collection of amazing goodies complete with a star-studded party to kick things off.

And this time around the theme is “PUNK: Chaos to Couture,” an examination of punk’s impact on high fashion from the 1970s up to the collections found on today’s runways the world over.
