It’s one of the music industry’s biggest nights of the year, and earlier this evening Ed Sheeran made his arrival at the 2013 Billboard Music Awards (May 19).

The “A Team” star came ready to have a great time and got all gussied up in some top-notch designer duds as he headed inside the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas.

This year, the 22-year-old British musician won't get to just sit back and take in the spectacle as he's scheduled to perform along with tour mate Taylor Swift, Lil Wayne, Jennifer Lopez, Chris Brown, Bruno Mars, Justin Bieber, Christina Aguilera with Pitbull, and Selena Gomez.

Competition for each and every trophy tonight will be fierce, with “Saturday Night Live” alum Tracy Morgan handling the hosting duties.
