Spending the holiday week with her man in the City of Lights, Kim Kardashian strolled through Paris on Tuesday (April 2).

Ditching her heels for some comfy sneakers, the reality diva was clad in all black with a jacket, top, pants with a white stripe down each leg, and a matching handbag as Kanye went casual in a gray hoodie, black leather jacket, and jeans.

On Easter Sunday, the pair did some sightseeing as Kim posted a pic to her Twitter account with the caption, "Notre Dame on Easter." While on Monday, the expecting parents checked out the latest in children's fashion at Bonpoint.

Though she's been criticized for keeping the heels on during her pregnancy, the 32-year-old mommy-to-be spoke to "Good Morning America" about flats, saying, "You know what, they actually hurt my back. I love high heels … Whatever makes me feel good, I want to wear. And I love wearing heels. I'm trying the flats, but we'll see."
