With the sixth-installment of the "Fast & Furious" nearing its anticipated premiere, Jordana Brewster scored a feature in the May 2013 issue of Marie Claire.
The 32-year-old actress rocked designer duds from Stanley Hudson and Stephen Dweck for the fashionable Hilary Walsh-shot spread, while dishing about everything from her interests in acting to working on the set with Paul Walker and Vin Diesel.
"I always knew I wanted to be either on TV or in movies," the "Dallas" beauty recalled. "I just didn't know how. Everything's much more accessiblein New York. I started taking classes to prove to myself that I could do it."
While discussing her childhood, Miss Brewster revealed that education was a top priority in the Brewster household. "My family didn't want me to sacrifice school for acting. They said, 'We'll make a deal with you: If you get good grades, then you can work.'"
In regards to her work on the "Fast & Furious" installments, Jordana admitted, "It's hysterical that I've known Paul [Walker] and Vin [Diesel] for 14 years now."
"There's something comforting about watching the same characters grow," she added.
