After 34 years together, Tina and Joe Simpson's marriage is officially over.

According to sources who spoke with People magazine, the legal matter was finalized just recently.

As previously reported by GossipCenter, Jessica and Ashlee's parents filed for divorce back in September of last year when Tina cited, "discord or conflict of personalities."

"It's an amicable split and there is no third party involved. Any other related allegations are completely false," a family rep explained last fall.
