He’s always looking for the next big project, and Jay-Z has decided to delve into the realm of athletic representation.

The “HOVA” rapper will work with the Creative Artists Agency to launch a brand new company called Roc Nation Sports, designed to represent the “best and brightest pro athletes in the world.”

Jay’s new gig already has a high-profile client in Yankee’s second baseman Robinson Cano, and they’ll be negotiating his new contract in the near future.

Cano explained, "At this point in my career, I am ready to take a more active role in my endeavors both on and off the field. I am confident that the pairing of Roc Nation Sports and CAA Sports will be essential in helping my short-and-long-term goals."

Jay-Z added, "Because of my love of sports, it was a natural progression to form a company where we can help top athletes in various sports the same way we have been helping artists in the music industry for years."
