He’s been battling the tax man for awhile now, and Stephen Baldwin finally tapped out and pleaded guilty to tax evasion this morning (March 29).

According to a report, the “Usual Suspects” stud failed to pay three years’ worth of New York State income taxes, racking up a total bill of over $400,000.

However, Baldwin has already ponied up $100K so far, and he’s working on the remaining balance at this time.

If Stephen is able to pay it all back within a year, he’ll avoid a four year prison term. Perhaps it’s time to call cash-flush brother Alec Baldwin for a loan!
