Making sure she is always camera-ready, Kim Kardashian headed to a nail salon in Beverly Hills on Saturday (March 23).

The reality diva covered her growing baby bump in a simple short-sleeved tan dress, while trading her heels for flat sandals. Later that day, she tweeted, "Oh just relaxing..." with a pic of herself getting acupuncture.

Even though she's stayed crazy busy during her pregnancy, it seems her developing bun in the oven might need a little extra attention.

Early on Sunday morning, the 32-year-old mommy-to-be tweeted, "can't sleep... Annoyed I fell asleep at 7pm."
