It’s one of the biggest events of the year, especially for the younger crowd, and Katy Perry was ready for action as she arrived at the 26th Nickelodeon Kids Choice Awards on Saturday (March 23).

Donning a sexy cropped top with Christian Louboutin pumps, the “Firework” singer had a blast hobnobbing with fellow attendees and posing for pictures ahead of the main event at Los Angeles’ Galen Center.

It promises to be an evening to remember, as Nickelodeon honors the biggest and brightest stars, shows, songs, and movies of the past year, as selected by the fans. Katy is nominated for Favorite Female Singer alongside Adele, P!nk, and Taylor Swift.

Favorite Movie nominees include “The Amazing Spider-Man,” “The Avengers,” “Diary of a Wimpy Kid: Dog Days,” and “The Hunger Games,” while Carly Rae Jepsen’s “Call Me Maybe,” Psy’s “Gangnam Style,” Taylor Swift’s “We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together,” and One Direction’s “What Makes You Beautiful” will all slug it out for Favorite Song.
