Making her own personal sacrifice to urge charity donations, Jessie J shaved her head for the Red Nose Day fundraising for Comic Relief on Friday (March 15).

The "Price Tag" singer did the deed on BBC1 Live, saying, "It's about getting involved and about being a representation for, for me, the younger generation."

After walking onstage to debut her newly buzzed head, the 24-year-old songstress admitted, "It feels so liberating, but it isn't really about this, it's about donating."

Later, Jessie posted pics to Twitter with the caption, "My first shoot with no hair! Kept touching my head lol what day night! So honoured to be a part of @rednoseday." Check out the before and after video below.
