Looking to boost the local economy, Victoria Beckham and her daughter Harper treated themselves to some retail therapy in Paris, France today (February 20).

The former Spice Girl and her little daughter hit up a slew of stores including Bonton, Merci, Isabelle Marant, Celine, and Natalys before stopping by a bakery for some goodies.

Meanwhile, Victoria’s husband David, who recently signed on to play for Paris St. Germain was on the receiving end of some condescending words from Marseille midfielder Joey Barton.

Barton stated, “As big a star as Beckham is off the pitch ... realistically he doesn't put the fear of God into you anymore like he used to when he played in the Premier League. No disrespect to him, but if he does manage to play for Paris (he) will probably not be the main concern for us as a defensive unit.”
