In a move that could have negative repercussions for her career, Kerry Washington made a last-minute dress switch on the night of the Academy Awards, according to reports.
Originally planning to wear a gown designed by Marchesa's Georgina Chapman, who happens to be the wife of studio exec Harvey Weinstein, the "Django Unchained" star changed her mind.
Instead, the 36-year-old actress wore a strapless coral satin gown by Miu Miu with Swarovski crystals on the bodice.
The Weinstein Company produced the Oscar-winning film, but we're hoping Harvey's wife doesn't take it personally and we see more of the lovely Ms. Washington on the big screen.
