She’s always up to something fun, and last night (February 13) AnnaSophia Robb showed up at the Ed Sullivan Theatre for “The Late Show with David Letterman.”
Donning a black and white ensemble, the “Soul Surfer” starlet was in the house to talk about her new CW show “The Carrie Diaries,” a prequel to “Sex and the City.”
Letterman asked Ms. Robb if she had always been a fan of SATC, though she wasn’t quite ready for the subject matter at such a tender age.
AnnaSophia explained, “Well I was too young when the show was airing. It was a little beyond my years, but as soon as I began auditioning for the role I was watching the show and I fell in love with the characters.”
And Robb is totally in love with her new gig- “It’s just such an honest, funny, witty show with really lovable characters. I thought if our show could be anything like ‘Sex and the City’ then that’s something I want to be a part of.”
