Tulisa Contostavlos Launches National Citizens Service and Attends National Television Awards

Helping to support British teens who want to make a difference in their community, Tulisa Contostavlos helped launch the National Citizens Service at Koko in Camden in London on Wednesday (January 23).

The "X Factor" UK judge looked amazing in a sleeveless white cleavage-baring dress and heels as she headed off to the National Television Awards in London.

Beginning in 1995, the awards honor the most popular in British television by tallying the votes of viewers.

At the annual ceremony, airing on Wednesday, Simon Cowell's "Britain's Got Talent" was beat out by BBC1's "Strictly Come Dancing." America's favorite import "Downton Abbey" nabbed the prize for best drama.
