It has been a grueling season of intense competition, and during last night’s “The Voice” finale, Cassadee Pope came out on top.
Ms. Pope was able to score enough votes from her loyal fans at home to nudge Terry McDermott and Nicholas David out of the running.
And if Cassadee is smiling a little wider after last night, it’s because she’s $100,000 richer and has her very own recording contract.
Meanwhile, Blake Shelton is also riding high on the victory, as it’s his second season of coaching the overall winner. Last season his team member Jermaine Paul took the top honors.
